This experience has allowed innovation to reign and smart ways of thinking to be nurtured. The AXA Protection Account is constantly developing; placing new services and tools at your disposal, to make writing both Personal and Business Protection with us even easier.

For example, we’ve designed our electronic application system to allow you to do business your way. Our range of application options includes Dynamic, which can give instant acceptance on up to 40% of Life Only applications there and then, when your customer is with you. What’s more, you can access this same dynamic functionality offline and get instant decisions through e-Connected.

Our application options also include our Tele-underwriting service. We were the first provider to offer a quality in-house Tele-underwriting service, which has now developed into one of the leading full Tele-underwriting services in the market. This service also allows 75% of Tele-underwritten applications to be ready to go on risk within 5 days¹.

We continue to be proud of our inclusive, rather than exclusive customer philosophy. Following this approach in Underwriting has allowed us to offer up to 80% of applications on ordinary rates, with only a 3.5% decline ratei. Our Claims Philosophy similarly aims to do everything we can to treat our customers fairly and pay all valid claims.
