For a simple sale, purchase or remortgage the standard referral fee you'll receive will be £100. By definition sale and purchase will be double i.e. £200.
BTL portfolios – if there are 5 properties in the portfolio then you can benefit from 5x the fee i.e. £500 standard referral fee.
Your client's mortgage doesn't need to be placed with Halifax Intermediaries or the HBoS Group for that matter, Halifax Intermediary Conveyancing Service is a 'standalone' service so you can place the mortgage with any lender and still benefit from using Halifax Intermediary Conveyancing Service for the conveyancing.
